  2. Work with large-scale 3D medical datasets (CBCT, X-ray, MRI) to improve image analysis.
  3. Optimise AI models for real-time medical applications and accuracy improvements.
  4. Develop AI-based automation tools to assist in dental and prosthetic modelling.
  5. Process, clean, and integrate medical imaging data for deep learning pipelines.
  6. Collaborate with the CTO and future AI team to define best practices and AI development strategies.
  7. Ensure compliance with medical AI regulations (FDA, MDR, IVDR) and AI-driven Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).

Required Skills & Experience

  1. Strong experience in AI & Machine Learning – Specialised in Computer Vision, CNNs, and Deep Learning.
  2. Medical imaging experience – Worked with CBCT scans, X-rays, MRIs, or other 3D imaging technologies.
  3. Programming skills – Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, and C++.
  4. Data handling – Experience in processing, annotating, and managing large-scale medical datasets.
  5. Regulatory knowledge – Understanding of AI in medical devices (FDA 510k, MDR, IVDR compliance).
  6. Strong problem-solving mindset – Ability to innovate and optimise AI models for real-world applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. PhD/Master’s in AI, Computer Vision, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  2. Experience working with dental imaging, prosthetics, or radiology AI.
  3. Previous experience in a startup or leading an AI research team.
