The Opportunity
Are you passionate about driving innovation in clinical development? Our client is looking for someone to join their Clinical Design Lab, a pioneering team shaping the future of AI-enabled, patient-centred clinical research.
This is your chance to make a real impact as a Clinical Research Scientist, supporting the planning and execution of cutting-edge clinical development initiatives. You’ll work closely with their Clinical Science group on ground breaking projects that integrate AI tools and pragmatic research frameworks to accelerate development timelines and improve trial design.

What You’ll Do
- Drive project planning and execution – develop timelines, coordinate activities, maintain dashboards, and track deliverables to ensure projects stay on course
- Manage documentation and communication – maintain records, prepare meeting materials, and act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders
- Facilitate collaboration – schedule and co-facilitate workshops, ensure alignment with project objectives, and foster seamless information flow
- Create impactful content – develop structured PowerPoint presentations to communicate project updates and strategic insights
- Ensure quality and manage risk – monitor deliverables against standards, identify potential issues, and collaborate on mitigation strategies
- Extract insights – analyze project data, conduct background research on regulatory landscapes, and support benchmarking activities
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in clinical research, project coordination, or consultancy
- Strong understanding of drug development processes and familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and project management tools
- Delivery-focused mindset, reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive to requests
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English (oral and written)
Desirable:
- Experience or exposure to AI tools in clinical development a real plus given our innovation focus
- Background in CROs, pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare consulting
