Management & Oversight:

Contracts

All projects are delivered under NEC3 contracts

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager
  • Comfortable working in a hands‑on capacity while managing others
  • Experience working under NEC contracts (essential)
  • Background in main contracting, subcontracting, or fit‑out considered
  • Experience across mixed project types (civils, build, modular, etc.) advantageous
  • Strong leadership capability with a proactive, self‑sufficient mindset
  • Someone experienced — “battle scars” preferred over job titles

The Right Person

  • Takes ownership rather than waiting for direction
  • Comfortable managing both detail and big‑picture delivery
  • Enjoys working in a close‑knit, no‑nonsense team
  • Happy in a site‑based, fast‑moving environment
  • Brings energy, accountability, and a bit of personality to the team

Why This Role?
