Data Quality Lead | Social Housing | West Midlands
Data Quality Lead required for a large social housing provider in the West Midlands.
My client is building a brand-new data team from scratch. They’ve realised that traditional “top-down” governance is too slow, so they’re doing things differently: Data Quality first. You’ll be using Data Quality metrics to prove value immediately, then building the glossary and catalog backwards from there.
- The Split: 70% Data Quality / 30% Governance.
- The Tech: ERP ecosystem. You’ll use Aperture from Experian—it’s drag-and-drop logic, not heavy coding. You just need to understand how the ERP modules and tables hang together.
- The Challenge: 24 subdomains. You’ll be running workshops with stakeholders to education the business on good data practices and tangible outcomes. You need the personality to bring people on the journey.
Salary: £68,000 – £72,000
Location: West Midlands head office – three time a week – looking for people who want to get onsite to build this new team culture and interact with stakeholders

If you’re a Data Quality specialist who enjoys the stakeholder engagement side of the job, apply with an updated CV to generate a call w/c 13th April.
