Head of Supply Chain | High-Growth Consumer Brand | London (Hybrid) A rapidly scaling consumer brand, recently acquired by a global group, is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to lead and elevate its supply chain function. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a sophisticated, system-driven supply chain, managing a high-performing team, and leading key supplier relationships. This role carries senior visibility and influence, with clear progression opportunities.
Own the end-to-end supply chain strategy, driving improvements in processes, systems, and team capability. Lead global supply planning and inventory management across multiple categories and markets. Manage and develop a team of 10+ supply chain professionals, creating a high-performance culture. Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers and contract manufacturers, ensuring accountability on cost, service, and quality. Oversee production scheduling, PO creation, and supplier performance tracking. Deliver strategic projects including ERP implementation, supplier diversification, and cost optimisation. Act as a trusted voice in commercial, finance, and marketing discussions, providing data-driven recommendations and influencing senior stakeholders.
Have 7+ years’ experience in supply chain, ideally within cosmetics or beauty; FMCG (food & beverage) is the next best category. Show proven expertise in supply planning, inventory control, and supplier management across multiple markets.
