What you’ll actually do

• Take projects from messy to managed—plans, budgets, delivery
• Catch risks early and solve them before they become issues
• Get hands-on with calculations and complex pension cases
• Work side-by-side with project leads, admin teams, and clients
• Challenge how things are done and make them better

What you bring

• 5+ years in pensions (DB/DC)
• Solid grip on UK pension rules (or the instinct to find answers fast)
• Clear communicator who can cut through complexity
