About the Role
We are partnering with a global life sciences organisation seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support their Tech Ops and R&D functions. This is a high-impact, contract role working closely with senior leadership across the UK, Ireland, and globally.
You will act as a trusted advisor, driving people strategy, organisational effectiveness, and talent initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders across Tech Ops and R&D to align people strategy with business objectives
- Lead and support organisational change, transformation, and workforce planning initiatives
- Drive talent processes including succession planning, talent identification, and development planning
- Coach and challenge leaders to improve team effectiveness and performance
- Design and deliver leadership development programmes
- Collaborate with wider HR functions to deliver integrated people solutions
- Lead and support cross-functional HR projects with strong project management discipline
Requirements
- 8+ years HR Business Partner or HR leadership experience
- Strong experience supporting Tech Ops / Operations environments (essential)
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- Experience in organisational change and transformation
- Strong track record in talent management and leadership development
- Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organisation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- UK/Ireland experience preferred
