Senior Finance Systems Analyst

Hybrid role based in Belfast. This is a brand-new role created to strengthen a growing Finance Systems team, and it’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning systems, driving improvements, and being the go-to person for finance technology.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting D365 FandO implementations across GL, AR, AP and Projects
• Owning configuration, process design, and continuous system improvements
• Acting as the subject matter expert for finance systems and stakeholders
• Driving projects end to end (including change management)
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members

What They’re Looking For

• Strong finance systems background (professional services experience ideal)
• Finance or accountancy background (CIMA/ACCA preferred, not essential)
• Solid experience with D365 FandO or another enterprise ERP
• Comfortable owning projects and working with senior stakeholders
• Someone proactive who enjoys improving systems, not just maintaining them
