Security Officer

Job Description

Second 2 None Security Ltd is looking for professional, reliable, and well-presented Security Officers to join our team covering a private hire nightlife venue. This role is ideal for experienced door supervisors or security officers who are confident working in busy nightlife environments and can provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Controlling access and egress to the venue
• Checking IDs and ensuring licensing conditions are followed
• Monitoring guest behaviour and preventing incidents
• Responding to incidents professionally and proportionately
• Conducting regular patrols of the venue
• Liaising with venue management and emergency services when required
• Ensuring the safety of customers, staff, and property
• Writing incident reports where necessary

Requirements

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (required)
• Previous experience in nightlife or venue security preferred
• Strong communication and conflict management skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Reliable and punctual
• Right to work self employed in the UK (Support can be provided)

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in customer service
• Experience working at events or private venues
