About the role

As a Project Manager at ENSEK, you’ll be a driving force behind the successful delivery of complex enterprise client projects across the energy sector. You’ll own complex technology driven projects end‑to‑end — from mobilisation through delivery and handover to BAU — ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard of quality.

This is a hands‑on delivery role. You’ll lead clients confidently, coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage risks proactively and keep momentum high. Working across a diverse client base — from Tier 1 organisations to fast‑growing start‑ups — you’ll focus on execution, value creation and getting the best out of people.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own theend‑to‑end deliveryof projects, from mobilisation through execution to BAU handover

  • Build and maintainrobust delivery plans, including scope, timelines, resourcing and dependencies

  • Ownproject financials, including cost estimates, budgets, forecasting and monthly commercial reporting

  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Implementation, Testing, Migration) to ensuresequenced, risk‑managed delivery

  • Proactively managerisks, issues and dependencies, escalating early with clear recommendations

  • Communicate progress and outcomes clearly tosenior client and executive stakeholders

  • Manage and collaborate withthird‑party vendors and partnersto deliver against commitments

Experience required:

  • Proven experience delivering complex technology transformation change projects that have high‑volume end‑user impact

  • Experience in major platform migrations involving tier 1 vendors

  • Strong client‑facing skills ideally gained within a consulting environment – with the ability to lead, influence and negotiate effectively

  • Experience leading projects involvingthird‑party vendors and partners

  • Confident financial ownership, including budgeting, forecasting and commercial reporting

  • A hands‑on, delivery‑first mindset — comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed

  • Flexibility to travel and work on client site nationally for undefined periods of time – to support delivery, governance and relationship management

  • Experience in or exposure to theEnergy sectoris highly desirable
