Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to step into this standalone role during a period of growth and change – someone who can quickly stabilise, implement and deliver across the full HR remit.This is a hands-on role from day one, with a strong focus on operational HR, employee relations and TUPE activity, alongside supporting the business through ongoing organisational change.As the Interim HR Business Partner you will:
Providing immediate, hands-on HR support across the organisationLeading on complex ER cases, performance and absence managementSupporting TUPE activity and workforce integrationReviewing and embedding HR policies, processes and ways of workingPartnering with leadership to support stability and performanceThe Successful Applicant
You will need:
Proven experience operating as an interim HR Business Partner / HR ManagerStrong track record in fast-paced, operational environmentsConfidence managing complex ER and changeAbility to hit the ground running and work autonomouslyExperience supporting organisational change and TUPE processesPrevious experience within SME/Start up organisationsWhat’s on Offer
Contract: Full time – 3-6 months Day Rate: £350-£450 per day (via Umbrella) dependant on experience Location: Hybrid – 1/2 days on-site in Exeter
