Job Description:Interim HR Business Partner role ASAP start Hybrid working – 2 days in the office Providing immediate, hands-on HR support across the organisation Leading on complex ER cases, performance and absence management Supporting TUPE activity and workforce integration Reviewing and embedding HR policies, processes and ways of working Partnering with leadership to support stability and performance Proven experience operating as an interim HR Business Partner / HR Manager Strong track record in fast-paced, operational environments Confidence managing complex ER and change Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously Experience supporting organisational change and TUPE processes Previous experience within SME/Start up organisations
