Oneday is an education technology platform designed to inspire and equip aspiring entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds to turn their business dreams into reality.
Backed by $25M+ in funding from top-tier VCs in the UK and Silicon Valley, Oneday is scaling rapidly. We are on a mission to redefine business education and are set to become the largest business school in the world.
The Opportunity
We are entering a new phase of product ambition. Our existing programme is strong — as demonstrated by our excelling NPS scores, graduation rates and case studies. What we now need is a visionary, hands-on senior leader to own the next chapter: reimagining how Oneday learns, connects, and operates, and building the products, experiences, and tools that will define entrepreneurship education for the next decade.
What You Will Own
The role covers, but is not limited to the following areas:
AI in the Curriculum
- Define and drive Oneday’s strategy for integrating AI into our entrepreneurship curriculum — not as a gimmick, but as a genuine advantage for the founders we serve.
- Work with mentors, faculty, and the academic team to identify where AI tools can meaningfully accelerate founder learning, decision-making, and business building.
- Prototype, validate, and scale AI-native learning experiences that sit at the edge of what is pedagogically proven and technically possible.
AI Tooling & Platform
- Assess whether to build proprietary AI tools or integrate best-in-class third-party solutions — and execute on that strategy.
- Own the long-term product roadmap for Oneday’s learning platform, identifying the features and infrastructure needed to support scale, personalisation, and outcomes measurement.
- Work closely with engineering and external partners to ship products that matter — rolling up your sleeves to spec, test, and iterate where needed.
New Degree Programmes & Academic Innovation
- Lead the scoping and development of new degree and certificate programmes that expand Oneday’s reach and relevance.
- Partner with university partners and accreditation bodies to bring new academic products to market.
- Ensure Oneday remains at the frontier of entrepreneurship pedagogy — always asking: what does the best possible entrepreneurship education look like, and how do we build it?
Who You Are
- A senior, hands-on leader — comfortable thinking at the level of strategy and vision, but equally willing to do the work yourself when needed.
- A strong strategic thinker with genuine business acumen: you understand unit economics, you think about retention, NPS, and revenue impact, and you make product decisions with commercial outcomes in mind.
- Energised by ambiguity and greenfield mandates — you do not need a fully defined brief to get started, and you know how to bring others along with you.
- Passionate about the intersection of education, community, and technology — you believe deeply that how people learn can and should be radically better.
- Experienced working in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments — you are resourceful and delivery-focused, not just a strategist.
- An excellent communicator: you can articulate a compelling vision to investors and partners, and translate that into clear priorities for your team.
Experience & Background
Required
- 6+ years in product, innovation, or programme leadership roles — with at least some of that in a senior/director-level capacity.
- A track record of taking complex, multi-stakeholder products from concept to launch.
- Meaningful exposure to AI tools and products — you are not just curious about AI, you have worked with it.
- Demonstrable experience building or leading community, events, or cohort-based experiences at scale.
Nice to Have
- Experience in EdTech, higher education, or lifelong learning — you understand accreditation, learning design, and student experience.
- Experience working with or within venture-backed startups.
- Familiarity with entrepreneurship education, founder communities, or the startup ecosystem.
