Support Worker – Abbey Lodge, Fleetwood Join Lifeways SIL and Help Transform Lives Every Day We’re looking for caring, honest, and innovative individuals to join our dedicated team at Abbey Lodge, a brand-new supported living development in Fleetwood, Lancashire. Abbey Lodge provides 11 high-quality, self-contained apartments and offers 24-hour specialist mental health support, helping people on their recovery journey to live independently within their own home. At Abbey Lodge, we support people living with a range of mental health needs, promoting rehabilitation, recovery, increased responsibility, social inclusion, and long-term wellbeing. Shift Pattern Hours: Full-time – (days, evenings, sleep-ins, weekends) Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support. Rotational shifts: days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins You’ll provide person-centred, recovery-focused support, helping individuals to: Engage in meaningful activities in the community“At Abbey Lodge, the focus is firmly on promoting rehabilitation and recovery… enabling individuals to make choices, gain responsibility, and progress to independent living.” Have a genuine interest in supporting people with diverse needs• Are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care• Possess strong communication and IT skills• Are willing to learn and grow professionally• May have prior experience in care (not essential — full training provided)• Hold or are willing to work towards an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care At Lifeways, we believe in Feeling Valued, Being Supported, and Having Impact.
