Support Worker – Abbey Lodge, Fleetwood Join Lifeways SIL and Help Transform Lives Every Day We’re looking for caring, honest, and innovative individuals to join our dedicated team at Abbey Lodge, a brand-new supported living development in Fleetwood, Lancashire. Abbey Lodge provides 11 high-quality, self-contained apartments and offers 24-hour specialist mental health support, helping people on their recovery journey to live independently within their own home. At Abbey Lodge, we support people living with a range of mental health needs, promoting rehabilitation, recovery, increased responsibility, social inclusion, and long-term wellbeing. Shift Pattern Hours: Full-time – (days, evenings, sleep-ins, weekends) Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support.
