About the role

We’re delighted to be recruiting for a new Development Customer Care Officer to join our hardworking Development team on a permanent basis. You will be looking after our newly built homes for one to two years after they’ve been built. We will provide you with full training and future opportunities for your professional development. This role will be based from our Eastleigh office. Travel between our office locations (Yeovil and Bracknell) may be required so you will need a driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Key responsibilities

Your main purpose will be to keep our customers informed on any outstanding works happening within their home whilst ensuring customers receive a consistent, efficient, personal service. At Abri, we are all about driving customer satisfaction so if there are any mistakes that need extra attention, you will need to ensure any complaints are dealt with promptly and any property defects are allocated to the right developer to action. This is a great opportunity to build on your working relationships and stakeholder management, troubleshoot problems and drive solutions.
