A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Partner, or a senior lawyer ready to step up and grow its Manchester corporate practice. With strong investment in its regional platform and an excellent market reputation, this is a rare opportunity to help shape a growing corporate offering in one of the UK’s most active business hubs.
The firm advises a high‑quality and diverse client base including entrepreneurial businesses, owner‑managed companies, private equity investors and established corporates. The work spans:
- M&A transactions
- Business sales and acquisitions
- Shareholder agreements, joint ventures and investments
- Corporate governance and strategic advisory work
This is a genuine leadership role. You’ll have the autonomy to build and shape your own practice, leverage an established client base and strong cross‑referral networks, and play a central role in driving the firm’s corporate growth in Manchester. For the right individual, this is a chance to be the driving force behind the firm’s expansion.
The Ideal Candidate
- England & Wales qualified solicitor
- Existing Corporate Partner or Senior Associate ready to step into partnership
- Strong presence in the North West market and/or a portable following
- Proven transactional track record with strong commercial acumen
- Collaborative leader with the ability to develop and mentor talent
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to drive regional growth
