About the Role
We are now seeking to recruit a Sales Director to drive the expansion of our group services across the East of England. The successful candidate will become an important member of our senior management team, and be able to demonstrate excellent business development and strong leadership skills, both within their division and company wide.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational direction and leadership for the division.
- Ensure the clinics, including treatment centres provide safe, effective, caring and responsive best-in‑class patient care in a high quality clinical environment.
- Promote and safeguard the wellbeing of all patients and colleagues at all times.
- Possess a strong commercial awareness and be able to demonstrate a track record of achieving targets.
- Meet and exceed all financial objectives, operational targets and KPIs for the division.
Qualifications & Experience
- Senior management experience in a healthcare environment is desirable.
- Proven leader with exceptional strategic planning abilities.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and people management skills.
- Knowledge of ophthalmology and / or healthcare is desirable.
- Educated to degree level or able to show an equivalent level of experience.
- Good knowledge of HR procedures and working knowledge of regulatory requirements.
