We’re working with a fast‑growing B2B SaaS business using AI and conversation data to help marketing teams understand what really drives revenue when sales happen offline.
They’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to join a newly created, innovation‑focused product group. This role is about building and evolving AI‑powered capabilities, while also redefining how product work is done using modern, agentic approaches.
You’ll own a product area end to end, work directly with customers, and use AI tools to move quickly from problems to tested solutions. It’s a hands‑on role with real scope to influence both product direction and ways of working.
What you’ll be doing
- Taking ownership of discovery, delivery, and iteration for an AI‑enabled product area
- Turning customer conversations and data into meaningful product improvements
- Using AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and decision‑making
- Working closely with engineering, data, design, and commercial teams
- Helping define what “great product management” looks like in an AI‑first environment
What they’re looking for
- A senior PM with experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Practical experience using AI tools as part of your product workflow
- Strong customer-facing experience and outcome‑driven decision making
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping new approaches
- Clear communicator with solid commercial instincts
Nice to have
- Background in martech, conversation intelligence, or AI‑led products
- Experience working with APIs or data‑heavy platforms
