Employment Solicitor (3–5 PQE)

London (Hybrid Working Available)

We are partnering with a highly regarded specialist law firm to recruit an Employment Solicitor (3–5 PQE) to join its established and growing team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a respected employment practice known for delivering strategic, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base, including corporates and high-net-worth individuals.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, working closely with senior lawyers while also managing your own caseload.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on day-to-day employment law issues, including disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Supporting on complex employment tribunal litigation
  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
  • Advising on redundancies, restructures, and TUPE matters
  • Providing strategic support on employee relations and risk management
  • Working closely with clients to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused solutions

About You

  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 3–5 years’ PQE
  • Strong experience across both contentious and advisory employment work
  • Excellent technical knowledge of UK employment law
  • Strong drafting and communication skills
  • Commercially minded with a client-focused approach
  • Able to manage a varied caseload and work effectively under pressure
