Bath & Body Works is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, lead and inspire a retail team, and deliver a great customer experience.

Job Description

As an Assistant Store Manager you will maximise fragrance and skincare sales, drive efficiencies and achieve performance targets by leading and inspiring your team.

  • Support the Store Manager in providing leadership and inspiring your team to be at their best, stepping up to cover the store when needed.
  • Create an atmosphere where delivering amazing service, achieving performance targets, and maintaining accurate stock processes are at the core of everything you do in an environment that is commercial, operationally efficient, and safe.
  • Deliver the best possible Bath & Body Works experience in store, including passionate product advising, selling, and brand ambassadorship.
  • Be accountable for the store meeting all legal and compliance requirements in the areas you are responsible for.
  • Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all operational and commercial activities by working alongside the team.
  • Show resilience during periods of change, embrace feedback, and continue to drive results.
  • Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
