Having gone through a recent period of growth, this firm has over 150 people and recently moved into a new 9,000 sq ft office in central London.
Though you won’t get lost in a big team. You’ll work in a close-knit sub team with 1 Partner and 2 Legal Assistants. This means you’ll get close supervision and be given real autonomy to run deals from start to finish.
The team structure also means they can prioritise client service and is why they’ve numerous repeat clients including lots of international property investors.
This full-service firm has an excellent reputation in the real estate market. You’ll therefore collaborate with other teams on more complex deals and have head start with business development.
You will work mostly on leasehold and freehold residential sales and purchases (75%) and be given the chance to learn other aspects of property work (25%) lease extensions, property finance and commercial matters etc. Meaning you’ll continue to learn and develop at this early stage of your career.
You will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a property transaction – mostly sales and purchases. The majority of this will be residential transactions, though you’ll also get trained on commercial property.
You’ll be given a manageable caseload of around 30 files at once.

You’ll be expected to go into the office 2 days a week.
What you’ll need
- 1 – 3 PQE Real Estate Solicitor.
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales and worked in a law firm.
- Experience in residential property.
