Project Engineering Manager | Pharmaceutical Manufacturing | UK
We’re supporting a key hire for a Project Engineering Manager at a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Huddersfield.
This is a high-impact role with full ownership of a £5M–£30M CAPEX portfolio, covering:
- Site expansion
- Utilities and facilities upgrades
- New product introduction
- Automation and digital transformation
The Role
You’ll lead end-to-end project delivery, from concept through to qualification and handover, while managing and developing a small team of Project Engineers.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical oversight, stakeholder management, and team development.

What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in engineering / project environments
- Experience managing multi-project CAPEX portfolios
- Background in pharma or regulated manufacturing (GMP)
- Proven end-to-end project delivery experience
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
