Project Manager

You’ll join our Delivery team Project Managers and Engagement Managers, working together to deliver neuroscience‑led programmes that help organisations become more human.

What you’ll do:

• Support Engagement Managers and subject matter experts across large‑scale client programmes
• Own multiple project deliveries from scope and timelines through to execution and completion
• Lead client‑facing engagement and coordination across design, logistics and delivery sessions
• Maintain accurate programme documentation and client/trainer materials
• Ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery across multiple workstreams

• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent inter‑personal and communication skills
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and proactive
• Comfortable in client‑facing and fast‑changing environments
• Strong logistics and coordination capability

You’ll collaborate closely with our Corporate Solutions, Research & Development, and Finance teams to deliver a seamless end‑to‑end client experience.
