Portfolio Reporting Analyst + ESG – Impact Investing Fund – 12 month FTC – c£80k-£100k

Autumnal Partners are working with a leading specialist investment manager to hire an ESG Reporting & Impact Analyst to join a growing Sustainable Infrastructure platform.

This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of sustainability, data, and investment, offering strong exposure across portfolio analytics, ESG reporting, and real asset investments.

You’ll work closely with investment professionals to support ESG and impact reporting across the full asset lifecycle, contributing to meaningful, real-world outcomes across:

• Natural capital
• Energy transition
• Sustainable infrastructure
• Social impact investments

You’ll be expected to take ownership, think critically, and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting SFDR data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Contributing to ESG reporting aligned with frameworks such as TCFD, TNFD, and GBF
• Analysing portfolio company data across financial, operational, and impact metrics
• Producing and improving portfolio-level KPIs, dashboards, and reporting packs
• Identifying data gaps and driving improvements in reporting processes and systems
• Conducting research on sustainability trends, regulation, and best practice
• Working closely with investment, finance, and portfolio company teams

Applicants should have:

• 2+ years’ experience in any of the following – ESG / sustainability, data & analytics, consulting or investment environments, Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Experience supporting reporting and data-driven outputs
• Experience in private markets, infrastructure, or fund reporting
