Graphic / Multimedia Designer

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Location: Surrey

We are looking for a talented Graphic / Multimedia Designer to join a busy, award-winning marketing team. Reporting into the senior marketing lead, this role will play a key part in shaping and maintaining the company’s brand and visual identity.

This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys working across both print and digital, creating high-quality visual content that supports marketing activity across multiple channels.

The role

You will be responsible for delivering creative and engaging design work across a wide range of formats, including websites, print materials, social media, online advertising, email campaigns, display materials, and more.

Key responsibilities

  • Help define, implement and maintain brand and visual identity guidelines
  • Create high-quality print design, including advertising, leaflets, mailers and magazines
  • Produce digital design assets for websites and email templates
  • Design content for social media, email campaigns and online advertising
  • Edit and enhance photography and other visual assets
  • Support the wider marketing team and collaborate on multimedia projects as needed

About you

We are looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Essential criteria

  • Proven experience in graphic design across both print and digital
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Photo editing experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Comfortable taking direction and feedback
  • Confident sharing ideas and contributing creatively
  • Strong communication and organisation skills

Desirable criteria

  • Graphic Design qualification
  • Previous experience in a similar design role
  • Experience using PC / Windows systems would be beneficial
